Keith Kirvan
Keith Kirvan is a proven health, safety, and environmental (HSE) executive with over 30 years of global experience spanning industrial construction, manufacturing, chemical laboratories, inspection services, and distribution operations. Prior to joining CAMIN, Keith spent 20 years at Alcoa and another 10 years at Pentair, where he led comprehensive EHS programs and cultivated a strong track record of risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and cultural transformation.
He holds a BS in Occupational Health and Safety and is a certified ISO 14001/45001 Internal Auditor. As a member of the TIC and the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), Keith brings a forward-thinking and collaborative approach to workplace safety. At CAMIN, he partners with global and regional operations, HR, legal, and frontline teams—as well as external auditors and regulatory bodies—to strengthen compliance and instill a proactive safety culture.
Keith is focused on driving continuous improvement through initiatives like Human & Organizational Performance (HOP), Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) prevention, and alignment under an ISO 45001-compliant Safety Management System. Passionate about creating workplaces where employees feel empowered and protected, he looks forward to further enhancing CAMIN industry-leading safety standards.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys reading and playing both guitar and drums.
